Innovative product and UX/UI leader with 10+ years designing and scaling high-impact digital experiences across telco, SaaS and e-commerce. MY PROCESS

01 Research & Synthesis

Mix of classic research and affinity mapping with AI tools to cluster interview notes, summarize feedback, and surface themes that used to take days of manual affinity mapping.

02 Ideate & Plan

brainstorming, sketching, prioritization workshops. Use of AI to speed up ideation process, text-to-UI concept generation for rapid divergence, AI-facilitated workshop notes. Making the actual trade-off calls between AI-generated directions, aligning scope with PM/eng, setting success metrics.

03 Design & Build

wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, protecting design system integrity, catching accessibility gaps.

04 Validate & Test

usability testing, A/B tests, stakeholder review, automated usability/accessibility issue detection, faster synthesis of test sessions, deciding what result is a real signal versus noise, and what actually ships versus iterates further - this judgment call doesn't get delegated to AI.

05 Handoff & Deliver

specs, redlines, dev handoff meetings, MCP-based design-to-code export (React/TypeScript/Tailwind), automated documentation.
